The security deposit is generally refundable, but it may not be returned in full if there are damages to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear, or if there are any outstanding charges or unpaid rent at the time of move-out. There isn't a minimum credit score requirement, but in some cases, a bond or higher deposit may be required. Income is verified and must be 3x the monthly rent. Government issued identification (State DL, ID or Passport) and Social Security Card must be presented for verification. Additionally, criminal background checks are part of the application process. Co-signers are accepted for those who don't meet income standards or require higher deposits. They must have an income of 4x the rent and approved credit. Rental history is verified and expected to be positive.Â
